How to Create Quad Surfaces in Projection Mapping

Learn how to create quad surfaces for projection mapping. Quick tutorial on creating four-corner surfaces for warping.

Projection mapping requires creating surfaces that define where content will appear—these surfaces need to be warped to match physical objects.

Map Club 's web-based interface makes creating quad surfaces instant. Click the surface button in the layers panel header, and a new quad appears immediately on the output canvas with four corner handles ready to warp.

Once created, select the quad to see its corner handles. Drag these corners to warp the surface to match your projection target. The content automatically distorts to fit the new shape.
