Multi-Layer Selection and Frames in Projection Mapping
Learn to select multiple layers, create frames for grouping, and organize complex projection mapping projects. Master grouping and alignment techniques.
Real-world projection mapping often involves dozens of surfaces and shaders working together. Managing these individually becomes tedious and error-prone. You need tools to select multiple layers, move them together, and organize them into logical groups.
Map Club provides multi-layer selection and frames—organizational containers that group layers together. Select multiple layers with Shift-click (in the layers panel or on canvas), then right-click and choose "Frame" to create a frame. Frames act like folders: you can expand/collapse them, move all contained layers together, adjust frame properties (background color, opacity), and align layers within frames vertically or horizontally.
